Ready to Return Your Unit?

To facilitate a smooth return process and ensure the safe arrival of your item to our facility, please follow these packaging instructions:

1. Choose the Right Box: Select a sturdy cardboard box that is slightly larger than your unit. This allows ample space for protective padding to reduce excess movement during transit. If you still have the original box in good condition, you may opt to use it for packaging.

2. Wrap Your Unit Securely: Wrap your unit in bubble wrap, styrofoam inserts or similar protective material to safeguard it against impact and vibrations during shipping. Ensure all corners and fragile parts are adequately padded.

3. Fill the Empty Spaces: To prevent shifting inside the box, fill any empty spaces with packing peanuts, air cushions, or crumpled paper. This minimizes movement and provides additional cushioning.

4. Seal the Box Properly: Use high-quality packing tape to seal the box securely. Reinforce all seams and edges to prevent the box from opening during handling.

5. Label Clearly: Clearly label the package with our provided return label and RMA form. This ensures that the package can be easily identified and routed correctly.

Thank you for packaging your unit securely! If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@trailervalet.com. We value your business and hope to serve you again soon. Safe shipping!
