Can you use a hand crank on either side of the MV Pro?
The hand crank can be used on the high gear which is the lower driveshaft on either side of the unit or it can be used on the low gear which is the upper driveshaft on the left side of the unit (opposite the drill adapter gearbox).

The MV Pro has a 12,000 pound towing capacity and a 1,200 maximum tongue weight capacity. The unit also has a minimum capacity of 10% of the total trailer weight. 12-15% is optimal.

My trailer uses a standard A-Frame hitch assembly loaded with a battery, winch and propane tank, all of which consume space on the hitch tongue. Would the MV work with this?
The MV handles this well as you can use the coupler to move the trailer. This setup may prevent use of the unit with a JX or mounting bracket if there is not 8in of adequate space for installation.
Is the capacity different if using a JX Side mount?
When using the MV PRO with a jack attached, the weight limitation becomes that of the jack. In the case of a JX jack, it maintains its own weight capacity of 2,000 lbs for the JX2S and 5,000 lbs for the JX5S.
